Hello, my name is Neda and I am 21 years old. I am currently studying at Inholland university of applied science. The client that we are currently working with is called TimeSteps, a technological innovation, which aims to extend the self-reliance of the people with dementia and to relieve their informal caretakers. The client wants from us to find out how they can reach the users (formal or informal caregivers of people with dementia) and inform them about their innovation.
